Welcome to Which Craft Gulf Coast! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Which Craft Gulf Coasts Events, Parties, & More.

Paint Party – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or attending any Paint Party event (“Event”) hosted by Which Craft Gulf Coast, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all Events unless otherwise stated on the specific event page.

1. Event Overview

We supply all necessary art materials for the Event, including paint, paint brushes, and the artwork piece to be painted.

Food and beverages are not included unless explicitly indicated on the event listing.
2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
The Event involves painting and the use of art supplies, which carry inherent risks such as:

Skin or eye irritation from paints

Slips, trips, or falls on wet surfaces

Damage to clothing or personal items
Participant voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to release, waive, and discharge the Host, its owners, employees, volunteers, instructors, venue owners, and affiliates (collectively “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation, including negligence.
3. Health & Safety

Participant represents they are in good health and have no conditions that would prevent safe participation.

Follow all safety rules, venue policies, and instructor guidance.

Masks, sanitation, or health screenings may be required per local regulations or venue policy. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
4. Minors
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. The Host is not responsible for child supervision beyond provided instruction.
5. Property & Materials

Supplied materials are for use during the Event only. Removal is prohibited unless allowed.

Participant is responsible for any damage to venue property, equipment, or third-party belongings. Repair/replacement costs will be billed.

Finished artwork belongs to the Participant but must be removed at Event end. The Host is not liable for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
6. Photography & Media Release
The Host may photograph or record the Event for promotional purposes. By attending, Participant grants irrevocable permission to use their likeness in marketing materials without compensation. To opt out, notify the Host in writing prior to the Event.
7. Tickets, Refunds & Cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases of Event cancellation by the Host.

If the Host cancels the Event, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. No other refunds will be provided, including for no-shows or personal circumstances.
8. Conduct
Disruptive, harassing, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Respect venue staff, instructors, and other attendees.
9. Force Majeure
The Host is not liable for cancellation or modification due to acts of God, government orders, venue issues, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be handled at the Host’s discretion.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Mississippi. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Biloxi, MS.
